Cancellation Policy

BOOTYBOSSLA CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING POLICY & CLIENT PLEDGE At BootyBossLA, we value professionalism, respect, and an elevated grooming experience. The following policy and pledge exist to protect the time, energy, and labor of our providers while ensuring the highest level of service for every client. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY 1. NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service cost being charged to the card on file. All deposits, PACK sessions, or credits associated with that appointment are forfeited. ⸻ 2. GRACE PERIOD & ARRIVAL TIME We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. • Arrivals after 15 minutes are subject to cancellation • If canceled due to lateness, the full service amount is still owed • Services cannot be extended or guaranteed once the grace period has passed We provide ample reminders, preparation time, and clear location details to support punctuality. ⸻ 3. RESCHEDULING POLICY (ONE-TIME ONLY) Each appointment includes one (1) reschedule while retaining your deposit or session credit. • The reschedule must be completed before the scheduled appointment time • After the one allowed reschedule, the appointment is forfeited • Any additional changes require rebooking with a new deposit or PACK purchase ⸻ 4. DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Deposits secure your scheduled time and provider • Deposits are forfeited for no-shows, late cancellations, or missed reschedule opportunities • Deposits are separate from PACKS or session credits ⸻ 5. SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS All same-day appointments are final. • Deposits and sessions for same-day bookings are non-refundable • Same-day bookings still follow the one-time reschedule policy ⸻ 6. CANCELLATIONS (24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours result in loss of deposit or session • Cancellations outside the 24-hour window allow for one reschedule only • Deposits are never refunded ⸻ 7. PACKS, SESSIONS & CREDITS Clients who purchase PACKS or session bundles are held to the same standards. • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session • Each session includes one reschedule only • Forfeited sessions may be repurchased for $50 per session • Unused sessions do not roll over after forfeiture
